You can request a dress return within 3 days only from the date of receipt of the order.
The dress must be:
In its original condition as received.
Unused, unwashed, or unaltered (such as tailoring or size adjustments).
Accompanied by all accessories (if any), original packaging, and labels.
The invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
Custom-made dresses or those with specific measurements are not allowed for return unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
Second: Exchange Conditions
Dresses can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt.
The dress must be in its original condition and unused.
The customer bears the shipping costs in cases of exchange, unless the error is on our part (wrong product or defective).
Third: In case of defect or error in the order
We apologize in advance if any mistake occurs.
If you receive a damaged dress or one that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
We will arrange the exchange or return at our expense after verifying the issue.
Fourth: Refund
The refund will be processed through the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days after inspecting the product and confirming its condition.
If paid cash on delivery, the amount will be transferred to the customer via a suitable method (such as bank transfer).
